Cooked to order breakfast and friendly helpful staff
Very small room and too hot, couldn't open the window
well locatde and looks nice form the outside and well furnished inside
We enjoyed the close proximity to the town centre and the freshness of the newly decorated bedroom. The breakfast was plentiful and the lunch was delicious
We needed to change the date of our booking and they were very helpful in doing this without making any further charges.
very nice suite
central heating not on in room therefore cold all night. no proper lounge because more a restuarant and told closed when arrived back at 10 pm !
Close to the town centre. Meals were reasonable, not gourmet, but adequate. Bit pricey though. The room was clean.
The central heating could not be adjusted, the room was hot hot hot, despite the window being open and the electric fan running all night. Then on the only cold night, the heating did not come on at all. The flood lights on the trees outside shine directly into the room, making the room appear as bright as day. (all night - making it somewhat difficult to get to sleep without an eye mask.) The room is not sound proofed and the man in the room next door was very noisy, banging things around and also snored very loudly.
We were delighted with the position of the room the food was lovely and the room was large and very comfortable. We would go back if in that area
The suite was adequately sized, and afforded all the comfort one would expect even though the price was not that of a suite.
The fact that the suite was in the basement which made it imperative to have your blinds drawn at any time of the day and night.
The rooms were excellent, very clean comfortable and recently decorated to a high standard. The staff were very friendly and efficient and provided local knowledge for sightseeing. The free internet access proved invaluable in the wake of cancelled flights. The location of the hotel was a short stroll into the heart of the City.
Location was excellent, staff pleasant and approachable
The bed was uncomfortable. Could noise for corridor when people passng on creeking floorboards
Large room, very comfortable and great value for money.
Only stayed one nght but can't think of anything.
Proximity to centre of town.
Lack of comfortable seat/chair in room.
esay access to shopping centre + very friendly + helpful staff
could have done with another chair in the room + the radio chanels didn't work on the TV
Friendly hotel with a good restaurant - excellent good value steak
The room was nice the peop^le where lovely and it was very close to town, had a lovely short stay.
